Both are off by default. When on, you still choose per row in the row's schedule (gear).
Account

Change password
Enter your current password, then set a new one.
Change your master PIN and re-encrypt vault docs, quick notes, credentials, and sensitive table cells. Keep this tab open until it finishes.
If docs or credentials show empty after you entered a different master PIN by mistake, reset the local PIN check and unlock again with the original PIN. This does not delete or re-encrypt your data.
Permanently delete your account and VaultSide data. A minimal legal/deletion audit is retained.
Event statuses
Statuses label your deadlines, reminders, and calendar events (month/week/list views and event detail). They appear when you create or edit an event and in filters. Pending, Done, and Cancelled are built in — you can rename them and pick colors, but not remove them. Add up to 10 custom statuses total. Drag ⋮⋮ on a row to reorder (mouse or touch).
Workspace statuses
Lifecycle labels for your vaults (list filters, cards, overview, and edit). Separate from Personal/Client type, home pin, and favorites. Built-in: Active, Not active, Completed, Cancelled — rename and recolor, but not remove. Add up to 12 total. Drag ⋮⋮ to reorder.
Export data
Download from data tables
Download any table as CSV (or JSON on Pro) for backups, reports or Excel / Sheets. The file is built in your browser — your vault is never changed.
